We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The standard shipping fee is $10.00 for orders up to 70 kg. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or oversized items. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on select promotions or orders above a certain threshold, as indicated during checkout.
  • Custom Box Orders: Shipping costs for custom box orders are calculated based on the total weight of the selected items, up to a maximum of 70 kg.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to deliver your orders. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fees apply).
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations, additional fees apply).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as order processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions). You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom box orders may require additional processing time to ensure accurate assembly of your selected items.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, such as perishable goods or hazardous materials, may have shipping restrictions. We will notify you at checkout if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location or require special handling. Orders exceeding the maximum weight limit of 70 kg for custom boxes will require multiple shipments, with applicable shipping fees.

8. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout to avoid delays.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@infoston.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
